Installation and configuration

WebDigiTech Content Shield is installed as a standard WordPress plugin.

Installation

1. Download the official ZIP package from the Content Shield / AdBlock Check page.
2. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Select the ZIP file and activate WebDigiTech Content Shield.
4. Open the plugin settings and enable only the modules you need.

Modules

Content Protection

Depending on configuration, it can restrict:

• right-click;
• Copy and Cut;
• drag operations;
• selected browser shortcuts.

Normal input fields and editors remain usable.

AdBlock Protection

The module is optional and is explicitly enabled by the administrator. When an ad blocker is detected, it can show a discreet notice at the bottom of the page.

Appearance

The two visitor notices can be styled independently. Supported options include:

• light or dark base appearance;
• custom background;
• primary and secondary text;
• accent and accent text;
• border;
• corner radius;
• inherited website typography or a custom CSS font stack.

External fonts are not required.

AdBlock reminder

When a visitor closes the notice, that choice is respected. A new reminder appears only after the period configured by the administrator.
